Working in the Zone: Maximizing Performance While Minimizing Stress
What if you could consistently perform at your peak level, while fully enjoying your work? Andrew Oser '76, author of "How Alternation Can Change Your Life," will share effective keys to help you consistently work in the zone.

All of us have experienced workdays when everything flowed effortlessly.  We did our best work, enjoyed doing it, and finished the day energized rather than stressed or drained.  Would you like to have more days like this?   If so, please join Andrew to learn some powerful, proven tools for getting in the zone and staying there through your workday.

Andrew developed his approach to peak performance as a professional tennis coach.  Then, during his 16 years as a nonprofit Executive Director, he adapted his techniques for use in an office setting.   In recent years, as Director of Summit Coaching Services, he has helped many people in a wide variety of businesses and professions to develop personalized strategies for sustainable high performance and success.

Andrew is the author of How Alternation Can Change your Life: Finding the Rhythms of Health and Happiness,   To order the book or learn more about Andrew, please go to his web site, www.summitcoachingservices.net
