Princeton Networking Night "Networking Without Borders": A Princeton Global Net Night
Connect with fellow Bay Area Tigers and learn how better to use social media to network with tips and advice from expert David Perry, CEO and Founder of David Perry & Associates

Meet fellow alumni in the Bay Area (…and beyond!), while learning ways to network more effectively on Tuesday, February 15.  The event will focus on how to use social media to support career success and connect with fellow alumni and will feature guest speaker and social media expert David Perry, CEO and Founder of David Perry & Associates, an award-winning full service strategic communications firm based in San Francisco (www.davidperry.com).

The event is part of the Princeton Global Net Night "Networking Without Borders” series, which consists of individual-but-connected networking events hosted by Princeton clubs around the world on the same day.  In addition to connecting with fellow Princetonians in the PCNC region, participants will also have the opportunity to connect with alumni in the broader Global Net Night community via designated LinkedIn and Facebook groups.  Follow the link to see all the Princeton regional clubs that are participating: http://www.pcw-dc.org/map.html

Attendees will gain valuable, practical advice on how better to use social media in their career-networking and also have access to a clearinghouse of networking and social media resources.

“Networking Without Borders” is a partnership between the Alumni Council Committee on Careers and the Committee on Regional Associations (CORA). Given the current economic environment, many alumni are looking for ways to connect around career issues.  Career programs offer alumni opportunities to find business partners, to learn innovative ideas about careers, to establish contacts in an industry or organization, and to problem-solve a critical career issue.
