SPEAKER
Carl Hessler is an associate attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in the Corporate Department and a member of the Tech Group (http://www.lowenstein.com/techgroup/).  

Carl focuses his practice on venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for emerging companies. Lowenstein currently works with more than 500 early stage companies and is annually ranked in the top handful of firms closing the highest number of venture transactions. In the last two years Lowenstein closed more than 800 growth equity, angel and private equity investments, and was recently ranked in the top five most active law firms in the nation by Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst.
