Princeton and Harvard at the SF Opera: Hansel and Gretel [Kid-Friendly]

PCNC, the Harvard Club of SF, and Harvard Business School alumni continue our series of events enjoying opera and classical music together. In December, we will attend a performance of Hansel and Gretel at the SF Opera.

The evening includes a pre-performance reception in the Dress Circle Level, with goodie bags for children (please email Barbara Keck, bkeck@mba1976.hbs.edu, if you plan to bring a child so that enough goodie bags can be prepared!).

Meet and greet Princeton and Harvard grads—and their families—at a no-host reception that begins at 1 p.m. in the North Dress Circle Lounge (3 flights above the lobby level). Look for Lindsey Pitt, Harvard MBA 1996, to get a name tag and a treat for the kids. After the reception, we will watch the opera!

This co-production of Hansel and Gretel between the SF Opera and London’s Royal Opera will be sung in English, with music by Engelbert Humperdinck. You’ll enter a magical forest where fairies lurk in the shadows and a house of candy sits alone amidst the trees. Experience this musical fairy tale with our local alumni!
