San Francisco Luncheon Program Joshua Koltun is an expert on one of todays most pressing legal areas: intellectual property. In a digital age, the question of who owns creative work, and in what form, takes on new relevance. From music to literature, art to commerce, traditional concepts of intellectual property are changing in important ways. This discussion will focus on how new laws and technologies are affecting your rights. Mr. Koltun is a partner with Steinhart & Falconer LLP in San Francisco. His practice is focused on media, intellectual property, patent and unfair competition litigation and counseling. He has trial experience in both the federal and state courts. Mr. Koltun is a 1983 magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Phi Beta Kappa, and a 1993 graduate of Yale Law School (J.D.), where he was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal.
