Princeton alums are grabbing some drinks together in Palo Alto on the First Friday of the Month this summer. Please join us in August at Fanny & Alexander, friends and Princeton fans welcome.

Please feel welcome to join us for Palo Alto Pub nights, the First Friday of each Month, this summer. We're grabbing some drinks together August 6th, at Fanny & Alexander, in downtown Palo Alto. We'll be seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Please feel welcome to bring friends, family, and all Princeton fans. We'll be there from 7 to 9. See you this summer!

Mt Wittenberg hike in Pt Reyes Nat'l Seashore 8/8 11-4 Olema Dan Sullivan '63
5-mile ocean view hike to top of Mt Wittenberg

The route begins with a gradual climb through meadows and fir forests until we reach the Sky Trail overlooking the Pacific. After a short additional climb to the top of Mt Wittenberg (1407'), we will return down the Mt Wittenberg Trail to the starting point. Bring lunch, liquids, windbreaker, and sunscreen. You may want a camera and binoculars. RSVP is helpful, particularly if you can offer or need a ride from San Francisco or the East Bay.

Driving directions: Take the San Anselmo/Sir Francis Drake exit from 101. Go west on Sir Francis Drake Blvd about 21 miles to Hwy 1 in Olema. Turn right (north) on Hwy 1, then make an immediate left onto Bear Valley Rd. In less than half a mile turn left at a big red barn and a sign for Pt Reyes National Seashore information, and continue to the Bear Valley Visitor Center. Allow an hour for the drive from 101 to the Visitor Center.

At Marin Shakespeare Company under the summer stars, enjoy a Wild West version of this classic comedy.

"The Taming of the Shrew" comes riding bareback onto the Forest Meadows stage this summer directed by James Dunn in is his signature Shakespeare production. Audiences all over the world have giddy-upped on in for this side-splittin', hard-hittin', spittoon spittin' extravaganza. Who's taming who when Katharine and Petruchio butt heads in this raucous story where falling in love is worse than riding a bucking bronco? Hold onto your horses for this wild and wacky ride!
